​ The facilities we offer are an accessible complex for people with reduced mobility that has Wi-Fi, TV and hot water services produced by renewable energy (aerothermal). It is a house with a renovated ground floor where a room and all the services for PRM can be offered, as well as a covered porch where we have a bar. We have a patio, with ornamental fountain, barbecue and oven. In this space we place a specific room with washer and dryer. The patio gives access to an adjoining farm with direct access to the Camino de Invierno.

On the upper floor, also renovated, we have two large spaces to share with 7 bunk beds equipped with light and individual power outlets, two bathrooms with showers and a self-service office room equipped with a fridge, kitchen, coffee maker and microwave oven.

The building is located opposite the Monforte de Lemos railway station. The authorized capacity is 16 places in which we offer accommodation to both our guests and their pets, since we have a green area where not only pets but also the horses and/or bicycles of those who are using these could be installed. means and even tents. As additional services, among others upon request, a van service will be provided for the transfer of backpacks or any unforeseen event that may arise for our guests.
